عن قصة تقرير المفوضية الأوربية: #EC #Egypt #Jan25

قبل ما انقل اللي عرفته عن الموضوع ده لازم اوضح 3 حاجات:
وياريت اللي عاوز يكون رأي يقرأ الموضوع بتفاصيله كويس..

 اولاً: الأخبار التي تنشر علي صفحات فايس بوك عادةً ما تكون عن طريق الصحف والمواقع, وده من أدوات إعلامنا البديل اللي بنضطر نلجأله , لعمالة الإعلام التقليدي وسفاهته.
 ثانيا: يحدث أحياناً ان تنشر الصحف والمواقع الإخبارية أخبار مغلوطة. (حصلت مع كل الجرائد تقريباً)
 ثالثاً: دور الصفحات عندما يثار أقاويل حول الخبر ان تقوم بمحاولة البحث عن الحقيقة ونشرها.

انتشر الخبر التالي  (تقرير دولي: «العسكري» استخدم فسفور أبيض وغاز أعصاب وأسلحة محرمة دوليا).

الخبر بيقول بإختصار:
"كشف تقرير دولي صادر عن "المفوضية الأوروبية"، أن المجلس العسكري استخدم أسلحة قنابل محرمة دوليا لضرب المتظاهرين في شوارع القاهرة ومحافظات أخرى، يستحق من أصدر الأوامر باستخدامها المحاكمة في "المحكمة الجنائية الدولية" كمجرم حرب.
التقرير الطبي أعدته لجنة مكونة من 100 متخصص، من علماء الكيمياء، والحرب الكيماوية، والأطباء، وثقوا فيه جرائم استخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية ضد المتظاهرين، في شارع محمد محمود، وميدان الممر في محافظة الإسماعيلية، وسموحة في الإسكندرية، في الفترة من 19 إلى 24 نوفمبر 2011."

ومفيش حاجة عن التقرير
 - بس في احداث الفالوجا 2009 اللي استخدمت فيها اسرائيل اسلحة محرمة دولياً, كل الناس دورت علي تقرير في المفوضية ومظهرش اي تقارير!

اما بحث الموضوع كان كالتالي:
أولاً: قامت صفحة "كلنا خالد سعيد بنفي الخبر بواقع ان احد العلماء المذكور أسمائهم بالتقرير متوفي, من شهر ابريل الماضي

--ومع تقديرنا الكامل للصفحة ودورها في الثورة ونقل الأحداث, واظن كلنا اعضاء في الصفحة وكلنا خالد سعيد  :) , لكن الصفحة لم تقدم دليل عملي حول الموضوع, ويمكن ان يكون هناك خلط باسم العالم المتوفي او تشابه اسماء وخلافه..

بعمل مقالة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية عن الموضوع

علي الرغم من ان في 100 اسم منهم علماء مصريين !
--ولو دورنا علي إسم حد فيهم نتائج البحث غير مباشرة لكن بتظهر مواضيع وفيديوهات متعلقة بالحدث مثلا:

-- وفي مجموعة علماء اخري اتكلمت عن التقرير:
أسامة‏ ‏أبو‏ ‏العينين‏، ‏الخبير‏ الكيميائى ‏‏وكيل‏ ‏نقابة‏ ‏المهن‏ ‏العلمية‏‏،‏ قال إن تقريرا‏ ‏للطب‏ ‏الشرعى ‏يكشف عن‏ انفجار‏ ‏فى ‏رئة‏ ‏الشهداء‏، وهو ما يعد دليلا على وجود أنواع أخرى من الغاز بخلاف (cs).‏ مشيرا إلى ‏أن‏ ‏ما‏ ‏ذكره ‏تقرير‏ ‏المفوضية‏ ‏من‏ استخدام‏ ‏الفسفور‏ ‏الأبيض‏، وقذائف‏ ‏الكلور‏ ‏المميتة‏ ‏و‏المحرمة‏ ‏دوليا‏، ‏يعد‏ ‏جريمة‏ ‏فى حق‏ ‏الإنسانية‏‏.‏ بينما قال الدكتور‏ ‏أشرف‏ ‏شعلان‏،‏ ‏رئيس‏ ‏المركز‏ ‏القومى ‏للبحوث‏،‏ إنه‏ ‏لا‏ ‏يوجد‏ ‏حتى ‏الآن‏ ‏حصر‏ ‏بجميع‏ ‏أنواع‏ ‏الغازات‏ السامة‏ ‏التى ‏استخدمت‏ ‏فى ‏تفريق‏ مظاهرات‏ ‏نوفمبر‏‏،‏ ‏و‏‏ما ذكره‏ ‏تقرير‏ ‏المفوضية‏ ‏من‏ ‏إثبات‏ ‏وجود‏ ‏غاز‏ ‏الأعصاب‏ (VX) أمر‏ ‏وارد‏ ‏.‏ ‏وأضاف‏ ‏أن كيميائيى المركز ‏لم‏ يجدوا سوى مادة (cs) بعد تحليل ‏‏عينتين‏ ‏من‏ ‏القنابل‏ ‏المسيلة‏ ‏للدموع‏.

--المفجأة ان في موقع ناشر نسخة بيقول انها من التقرير !!
وكالة الانباء القبطية تنفرد بنشر تقرير ارسال اسلحة للجيش استغلها ضد متظاهري التحرير 

ثانياً: ما يخص الغازات المحرمة, كلنا شعرنا بها وخصوصاً يوم الثلاثاء المشئوم (لقينا الناس بتقع لوحدها علي الأرض !), ان كان المفوضية الأوربية نشرت تقرير او لم تنشر..فهو لا ينفي استخدام الغازات المحرمة دولياً علي المتظاهرين في محمد محمود, حيث انه ثبت برؤي العين وعبوات الغاز.

ومركز النديم كان عامل تقرير عن غازات الأعصاب :
"لقد قام المجلس العسكري بإطلاق القنابل المسيلة للدموع والغازات والرصاص الحي، هذه الغازات تم إطلاقها لمدة ستة أيام على المتظاهرين السلميين من19 إلى24نوفمبر2011، وهذاالإطلاق المستمر المكثف لهذه الغازات المحرمة دوليا وفقا لسجلات الإسعاف والمستشفيات الميدانية داخل ميدان التحرير فقط أسفرعن حوالي8000 جريح بعضهم فقد عينه بالرصاص المطاطي وأكثر من 90 شهيد ماتوا بالرصاص الحي وأثرالاختناق. "

ثالثاً: يوجد فيديوهات نشرت جثث مشوهة تم ارجاعها إلي استخدام الغازات (ملحوظة الفيديو القادم به مشاهد يجب الحذر لمن يشاهدها ومنعها علي الأطفال).

وأخيراً انا حاولت أعرض المعلومات المتاحة عن الموضوع, وفي الآخر مفيش حاجة تحسم التقرير , انا شايف النسبة 50 - 50 ممكن آه وممكن لأ...ولازم نكون واثقين أن تقرير زي ده لو موجود مش هيظهر للوجود بسهولة, ولكن بيحصل حوله تسريبات جزء معلومات سليمة, وجزء آخر مغلوط, , بس في كل الأحوال هم استخدموا غازات محرمة وعنف غير مسبوق , وجابوا آخرهم معانا..
وبإختصار, يسقط يسقط حكم العسكر..
